University of Iowa President J. Bruce Harreld visited East High School today to unveil a new partnership between the U of I and DMPS, among other districts. The website, www.raise.me is the new program offering micro-scholarships for potential University of Iowa students from DMPS and other districts. Harreld was joined by DMPS Superintendent, Tom Ahart.
