Now, the only thing missing is the Christmas music filling the silence. East High School staff and students have your back, as they have helped make a playlist for all your holiday needs. Christmas is a popular holiday that is widely loved around the world. Christmas music brings back memories, especially the good ones. Giving a sense of nostalgia for all ages, as it reflects memories and traditions with friends and loved ones. I’ve reached out to some of our staff and students at East as they were around when the classics were relevant and loved. “My favorite Christmas song of all time would have to be ‘Rudolph the Red-Nosed reindeer’, it takes me back to my childhood and the fond memories I have spending the holidays with my family,” English teacher Angela Jackson said. Sophomore Rachel Dowler stated, “my favorite Christmas classic would be ‘Under the Mistletoe’ by Justin Bieber, it’s just a perfect Christmas song.”
